| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Graduation from high school is one of life's pivotal |

| 7 | 8 | | achievement as a member of the Class of 2017 at the Americas High |

| 8 | 9 | | School Libertas Academy in El Paso; and |

| 9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Donnelly is among the students who have |

| 10 | 11 | | completed their secondary education in the academy's Advanced |
|---|
| 11 | 12 | | Academics Program, which features specialized curricula focused on |
|---|
| 12 | 13 | | law, government, and public administration; and |
|---|
| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, The son of Kristine and George Donnelly, |
|---|
| 14 | 15 | | Mr. Donnelly participated in numerous extracurricular activities |
|---|
| 15 | 16 | | throughout his high school career, including cross-country and |
|---|
| 16 | 17 | | debate; he has also served as vice president of the Libertas student |
|---|
| 17 | 18 | | body and held membership with the National Technical Honor Society; |

| 18 | 19 | | after graduating, he plans to use his Marine Corps scholarship to |

| 19 | 20 | | continue his education at Virginia Military Institute; and |

| 20 | 21 | | WHEREAS, Exciting challenges and opportunities await this |

| 21 | 22 | | outstanding young Texan, and it is a pleasure to join his family and |
