| 8 | 9 | | School Libertas Academy in El Paso; and |

| 9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Perez is among the students who have completed |

| 10 | 11 | | their secondary education in the academy's Advanced Academics |

| 11 | 12 | | Program, which features specialized curricula focused on law, |

| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, The son of Pete and Raquel Perez, Mr. Perez has |

| 14 | 15 | | proved himself to be an exemplary student, enrolling in a number of |

| 15 | 16 | | Advanced Placement classes, participating in honor band, and |

| 16 | 17 | | serving as student body president; after graduation, he plans to |
