| 8 | 9 | | School Libertas Academy in El Paso; and |

| 9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Vasquez is among the students who have completed |

| 10 | 11 | | their secondary education in the academy's Advanced Academics |

| 11 | 12 | | Program, which features specialized curricula focused on law, |

| 12 | 13 | | government, and public administration; and |
|---|
| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, The son of Virginia Vasquez and Jesus Vasquez, |

| 14 | 15 | | Mr. Vasquez distinguished himself as a gifted athlete during his |

| 15 | 16 | | high school career, excelling in football, track, and wrestling; |

| 16 | 17 | | the recipient of District 1-6A All-Academic honors, he helped lead |

| 17 | 18 | | the Trailblazers football team to consecutive bi-district |

| 18 | 19 | | championships; he was also an active member of DECA; after |

| 19 | 20 | | graduating, he plans to study criminal justice and play football at |
|---|

| 21 | 22 | | WHEREAS, Exciting challenges and opportunities await this |
