| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Graduation from high school is one of life's pivotal |

| 8 | 9 | | Americas High School Libertas Academy in El Paso; and |

| 9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Herrera is among the students who have completed |

| 10 | 11 | | their secondary education in the academy's Advanced Academics |
|---|
| 11 | 12 | | Program, which features specialized curricula focused on law, |
|---|
| 12 | 13 | | government, and public administration; and |
|---|
| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, The daughter of Javier and Daisy Herrera, |
|---|
| 14 | 15 | | Ms. Herrera has served as a dedicated member of the Law Enforcement |

| 15 | 16 | | Club, and she earned a Triple "A" Award for the study of law |
|---|
| 16 | 17 | | enforcement; after graduating, she plans to pursue a degree in |

| 17 | 18 | | psychology and criminal justice at The University of Texas at El |

| 18 | 19 | | Paso on her way to becoming a federal law enforcement officer; and |

| 19 | 20 | | WHEREAS, Exciting challenges and opportunities await this |

| 20 | 21 | | outstanding young Texan, and it is a pleasure to join her family and |

| 21 | 22 | | friends in recognizing her as she embarks on a future bright with |
