| 11 | 12 | | Program, which features specialized curricula focused on law, |

| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, The son of Ralph Girvin and Stacy Girvin, Mr. Girvin |

| 14 | 15 | | is a well-rounded and accomplished individual who, in addition to |

| 15 | 16 | | holding membership with the National Honor Society, the National |
|---|
| 16 | 17 | | Technical Honor Society, and SkillsUSA, has participated in both |

| 17 | 18 | | concert and marching bands and has distinguished himself as a |

| 18 | 19 | | recipient of Triple "A" Awards in the psychology and Libertas |

| 19 | 20 | | categories; after graduating, he plans to continue his education at |

| 21 | 22 | | WHEREAS, Exciting challenges and opportunities await this |
