| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Graduation from high school is one of life's pivotal |

| 8 | 9 | | School Libertas Academy in El Paso; and |

| 9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Muñoz is among the students who have completed |

| 10 | 11 | | their secondary education in the academy's Advanced Academics |

| 11 | 12 | | Program, which features specialized curricula focused on law, |
|---|
| 12 | 13 | | government, and public administration; and |
|---|
| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, The daughter of Yvette and Benjamin Muñoz, Ms. Muñoz |

| 14 | 15 | | has served as secretary and chair of the student council and held |
|---|
| 15 | 16 | | membership with the National Honor Society, the National Technical |
|---|
| 16 | 17 | | Honor Society, and DECA; she has also participated in Youth for |

| 17 | 18 | | Christ, theater, choir, and the debate, art, and yearbook clubs; |

| 18 | 19 | | she has further distinguished herself by placing first in the |

| 19 | 20 | | travel and tourism category at the district DECA competition and in |

| 20 | 21 | | the environmental category at the district science fair; after |
|---|
| 21 | 22 | | graduating, she plans to study digital communication at the college |

| 22 | 23 | | level in pursuit of a career as an animator or filmmaker; and |

| 23 | 24 | | WHEREAS, Exciting challenges and opportunities await this |

| 24 | 25 | | outstanding young Texan, and it is a pleasure to join her family and |
