| 10 | 11 | | completed their secondary education in the academy's Advanced |

| 11 | 12 | | Academics Program, which features specialized curricula focused on |

| 12 | 13 | | law, government, and public administration; and |
|---|
| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, The daughter of Michelle and Joseph Mitchell, |

| 14 | 15 | | Ms. Mitchell has participated in a number of extracurricular |

| 15 | 16 | | activities throughout her high school career, including |

| 16 | 17 | | volleyball, basketball, theater, and National Honor Society; she |

| 17 | 18 | | has received several Triple "A" Awards and earned All-Star Cast |

| 19 | 20 | | League One-Act Play competition; following her graduation, she |
