| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Graduation from high school is one of life's pivotal |

| 8 | 9 | | Americas High School Libertas Academy in El Paso; and |

| 9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Terrazas is among the students who have |

| 10 | 11 | | completed their secondary education in the academy's Advanced |

| 11 | 12 | | Academics Program, which features specialized curricula focused on |
|---|
| 12 | 13 | | law, government, and public administration; and |
|---|
| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, The daughter of Jaime and Claudia Terrazas, |

| 14 | 15 | | Cassandra Terrazas has participated in extracurricular art |

| 15 | 16 | | activities in addition to devoting herself to her studies; she |
|---|
| 16 | 17 | | plans to attend the University of Denver and to pursue a career in |

|---|
| 18 | 19 | | WHEREAS, Exciting challenges and opportunities await this |

| 19 | 20 | | outstanding young Texan, and it is a pleasure to join her family and |
