| 9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Anguiano is among the students who have |

| 10 | 11 | | completed their secondary education in the academy's Advanced |

| 11 | 12 | | Academics Program, which features specialized curricula focused on |

| 12 | 13 | | law, government, and public administration; and |
|---|
| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, The son of Eric Anguiano and Rita Alarcon, |

| 14 | 15 | | Mr. Anguiano is ranked among the top 10 students in his graduating |

| 15 | 16 | | class and holds membership in the National Technical Honor Society, |

| 16 | 17 | | the National Honor Society, and DECA; in addition to managing a |

| 17 | 18 | | challenging course load that included dual credit and advanced |

| 18 | 19 | | placement courses, he played on the school and city soccer teams, |

| 19 | 20 | | serving as a team captain, and he was elected vice president of |

| 20 | 21 | | Libertas Academy; an aspiring corporate lawyer, he plans to attend |
