| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Graduation from high school is one of life's pivotal |

| 8 | 9 | | School Libertas Academy in El Paso; and |

| 9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Hernandez is among the students who have |

| 10 | 11 | | completed their secondary education in the academy's Advanced |

| 11 | 12 | | Academics Program, which features specialized curricula focused on |
|---|
| 12 | 13 | | law, government, and public administration; and |
|---|
| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, The son of Consuelo Hernandez and Martín Hernandez, |

| 14 | 15 | | Mr. Hernandez has kept up with a challenging course load while |

| 15 | 16 | | participating in a number of extracurricular activities, including |
|---|
| 16 | 17 | | audio and video production and animation and 3-D modeling, and he |

| 17 | 18 | | has earned an award for perfect attendance; after graduating, he |

| 18 | 19 | | plans to continue his education at El Paso Community College; and |

| 19 | 20 | | WHEREAS, Exciting challenges and opportunities await this |

| 20 | 21 | | outstanding young Texan, and it is a pleasure to join his family and |
