| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Graduation from high school is one of life's pivotal |

| 8 | 9 | | School Libertas Academy in El Paso; and |

| 9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Hodges is among the students who have completed |

| 10 | 11 | | their secondary education in the academy's Advanced Academics |
|---|
| 11 | 12 | | Program, which features specialized curricula focused on law, |
|---|
| 12 | 13 | | government, and public administration; and |
|---|
| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, The daughter of Paul J. Hodges and Melody Milner, |
|---|
| 14 | 15 | | Ms. Hodges participated in numerous extracurricular activities |
|---|
| 15 | 16 | | throughout her high school career, including DECA, the Sierra |
|---|
| 16 | 17 | | Student Coalition, and varsity golf; she plans to continue her |
|---|
| 17 | 18 | | education at Texas Tech University, where she will study marketing |

| 19 | 20 | | WHEREAS, Exciting challenges and opportunities await this |

| 20 | 21 | | outstanding young Texan, and it is a pleasure to join her family and |
