| 8 | 9 | | School Libertas Academy in El Paso; and |

| 9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Chacon is among the students who have completed |

| 10 | 11 | | their secondary education in the academy's Advanced Academics |
|---|
| 11 | 12 | | Program, which features specialized curricula focused on law, |

| 12 | 13 | | government, and public administration; and |
|---|
| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, The daughter of Yvonne Chacon and Carlos Moreno, |

| 14 | 15 | | Ms. Chacon has been active in extracurricular activities |

| 15 | 16 | | throughout her high school career, including participating as a |

| 16 | 17 | | member of the school's mock trial team and the student council, and |
|---|
| 17 | 18 | | she plans to continue her education at The University of Texas at El |
