 R E S O L U T I O N
 WHEREAS, Family and friends are mourning the untimely loss of
 Jeffery S. McComb, who passed away on April 15, 2017, at the age of
 51; and
 WHEREAS, The son of Terry Lee McComb and Patricia Strater,
 Jeffery McComb was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and grew up with the
 companionship of four siblings, Julie, Morgan, Chris, and Troy; he
 enjoyed a fulfilling career in construction with the family
 business, T. L. McComb & Sons, and in his leisure time, he delighted
 in playing guitar and cheering on his favorite NFL team, the
 Indianapolis Colts; and
 WHEREAS, A devoted family man, Mr. McComb shared a rewarding
 marriage with his wife, Terry, and he took tremendous pride in his
 son, Jeffery, his four stepchildren, and his seven grandchildren;
 and
 WHEREAS, While Jeffery McComb's journey on this earth ended
 far too soon, he has left his loved ones with many cherished
 memories, and he will forever hold a treasured place in their
 hearts; now, therefore, be it
 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 85th Texas
 Legislature hereby pay tribute to the life of Jeffery S. McComb and
 extend heartfelt sympathy to the members of his family: to his wife,
 Terry McComb; to his son, Jeffery Chase McComb and his wife,
 Stephanie; to his four stepchildren; to his seven grandchildren; to
 his mother, Patricia Strater, and her husband, Ray; to his sisters,
 Julie McComb and her husband, Ryan, and Morgan McComb; to his
 grandmother, Donna Harris; to his eight nieces and nephews; and to
 his other relatives and many friends; and, be it further
 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
 prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of
 Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Jeffery
 McComb.
