| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Farish Mozley has ably served her fellow Texans as |

| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Mozley's resourcefulness and initiative have |

| 10 | 11 | | carrying forth Representative Villalba's legislative agenda have |

| 11 | 12 | | helped address issues facing citizens across the Lone Star State; |
