| 9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, A 1990 honors graduate of Eagle Pass High School, |

| 10 | 11 | | Noe Tinajero went on to earn a bachelor of science degree in |

| 11 | 12 | | pharmacy from The University of Texas at Austin in 1995; although he |

| 12 | 13 | | was offered a number of positions throughout Texas, he chose to |

| 13 | 14 | | return to his hometown of Eagle Pass to begin practicing |

| 14 | 15 | | pharmacology; he joined two other pharmacists, Michael Luna and |
|---|
| 15 | 16 | | Hilda Martinez, in a business venture that led to the opening of |

| 16 | 17 | | three local pharmacies; the pharmacies were later consolidated into |

| 17 | 18 | | one, called Friendly Pharmacy, where Mr. Tinajero was working at |

| 18 | 19 | | the time of his passing; and |

| 19 | 20 | | WHEREAS, With his genuine commitment to his customers and |
|---|
| 20 | 21 | | their medical needs, Mr. Tinajero was well liked and trusted |
|---|
| 21 | 22 | | throughout the community; he was involved in a number of local |
|---|
| 22 | 23 | | nonprofit groups and organizations, and he was named Professional |
|---|
| 23 | 24 | | of the Year by the Eagle Pass Business Journal; he was deeply |

| 24 | 25 | | devoted to his wife, Lorena, and his daughter, Noemi, and he took |

| 25 | 26 | | great pride in watching his daughter follow in his footsteps as a |

| 26 | 27 | | student at his beloved alma mater of UT Austin, where she is |

| 27 | 28 | | pursuing a degree in pharmacy; and |

| 28 | 29 | | WHEREAS, Noe Tinajero lived a life that was rich in personal |

| 29 | 30 | | and professional achievements, full of friends, music, laughter, |

| 30 | 31 | | Texas football, and travel, and he will forever be remembered with |

| 31 | 32 | | admiration and affection by all who were privileged and blessed to |
