| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, A native of Houston, Anthony Joseph Foyt Jr. began |

| 9 | 10 | | racing professionally in the mid-1950s and quickly amassed a fan |

| 10 | 11 | | base around the Lone Star State, garnering the nickname "Super |

| 11 | 12 | | Tex"; he joined the United States Auto Club racing circuit in 1957, |

| 12 | 13 | | and the following year, he made his debut in the Indianapolis 500; |

| 13 | 14 | | he went on to win his first Indy 500 in 1961, and he would repeat |
