| 13 | 14 | | committee to omit text not in disagreement by omitting SECTION |

| 14 | 15 | | 6.002 of the senate engrossment of Senate Bill 2065 and the |

| 15 | 16 | | corresponding section of the bill as the bill was amended by the |

| 16 | 17 | | house, which reads as follows: |

| 17 | 18 | | SECTION 6.002. This Act takes effect only if a specific |

| 18 | 19 | | appropriation for the implementation of the Act is provided in a |
|---|
| 19 | 20 | | general appropriations act of the 85th Legislature. |

| 20 | 21 | | Explanation: The omission is necessary to ensure the |
