45 R E S O L U T I O N
56 WHEREAS, The deliberations of the Texas House of
67 Representatives during the 85th Legislative Session have been
78 greatly aided by the outstanding work of the House Research
89 Organization; and
910 WHEREAS, Members of the house rely on the impartial
1011 information that the HRO provides in its "Daily Floor Report," as
1112 well as in other publications the organization publishes on
1213 significant policy issues; and
1314 WHEREAS, Operating under the leadership of director Laura
1415 Hendrickson, the HRO staff includes Lauren Ames, Rita Barr,
1516 Benjamin Davis, Blake Dawgert, Kellie Dworaczyk, Janet Elliot,
1617 Sarah Evans, Casey Floren, Alison Hern, Kody Kness, Michael
1718 Marchio, Matthew McGee, Alexa Mizer, Mackenzie Nunez, Mary
1819 Schaefer, Ryan Self, Anthony Severin, and Jason Sorensen; and
1920 WHEREAS, Facing the daunting workload of a legislative
2021 session, these resourceful professionals consistently produce
2122 invaluable analyses in a timely, accurate, and thorough manner, and
2223 in so doing, they have earned, once again, our sincere gratitude and
2324 admiration; now, therefore, be it
2425 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 85th Texas
2526 Legislature hereby commend the staff of the House Research
2627 Organization for their exceptional service in behalf of the
2728 legislature and the State of Texas; and, be it further
2829 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
2930 prepared for the House Research Organization as an expression of
3031 high regard by the Texas House of Representatives.
