| 12 | 13 | | school vocalist category; in March 2016, she traveled with fellow |

| 14 | 15 | | residency, performing on a bill with the renowned Mariachi Vargas |

| 16 | 17 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Barrera is a student at Roma High School, where |

| 19 | 20 | | at the University Interscholastic League State Mariachi Festival, |

| 22 | 23 | | WHEREAS, Jackie Barrera has demonstrated a steadfast |
