| 14 | 15 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Isaac also established a health and wellness |

| 16 | 17 | | wellness; she further shares her expertise as a member of the board |

| 17 | 18 | | of IT'S TIME TEXAS, which promotes health and wellness, and she |
