|---|
| 12 | 13 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Howell is the CEO of Chris Howell |

| 13 | 14 | | Communications, a successful marketing and communications agency |
|---|
| 14 | 15 | | in Dallas that offers such services as video production, |
|---|
| 15 | 16 | | copywriting, and media marketing; a former reporter and midday |
|---|
| 16 | 17 | | anchor for KCBI radio, Mr. Howell has extensive experience as an |
|---|
| 17 | 18 | | interview host, keynote speaker, and master of ceremonies for area |

| 18 | 19 | | events, and he is also the author of a bestselling book, Man Talk; |

| 20 | 21 | | WHEREAS, Despite his busy professional life, Mr. Howell |

| 21 | 22 | | finds time to run a nonprofit, the Chris Howell Foundation, which |

| 22 | 23 | | provides HIV/AIDS education and testing to at-risk populations; in |

| 23 | 24 | | recognition of his outstanding efforts, he received the Each Moment |

| 24 | 25 | | Matters Award from the Presbyterian Communities and Services |

| 25 | 26 | | Foundation of Dallas in 2014, and he has been featured in leading |

| 26 | 27 | | Christian publications such as Gospel Today and New Man magazine; |

| 28 | 29 | | WHEREAS, Through his far-reaching professional and civic |

| 31 | 32 | | Metroplex, and he is indeed deserving of this prestigious honor; |
