| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Biridiana Navarro has long demonstrated exceptional |

| 9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, Growing up in San Antonio's South Side, Ms. Navarro |

| 10 | 11 | | attended schools in the Harlandale Independent School District, |

| 11 | 12 | | where she distinguished herself among her fellow students by never |

| 12 | 13 | | missing a single class from pre-kindergarten to graduation; she |

| 13 | 14 | | went on to continue her studies at Texas A&M University-San |

| 14 | 15 | | Antonio, earning a degree in bilingual education, and she |

| 15 | 16 | | maintained her record of perfect attendance throughout her college |

| 17 | 18 | | WHEREAS, Today, Ms. Navarro serves as district director for |

| 18 | 19 | | State Representative Tomas Uresti, and the organizational skills |

| 19 | 20 | | and strong work ethic that she developed as a student have greatly |

| 20 | 21 | | assisted her in carrying out her many responsibilities in that |

| 22 | 23 | | WHEREAS, Biridiana Navarro has proven herself exceptionally |
