| 10 | 11 | | interests of stakeholders in the commercial real estate business; |

| 11 | 12 | | it is composed of 2,500 members and six federated associations in |

| 12 | 13 | | Austin, Corpus Christi, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, and San |

| 13 | 14 | | Antonio; as leaders in a vital industry, its members support over |

| 14 | 15 | | 109,000 jobs, provide $3.2 billion in new personal earnings, and |

| 15 | 16 | | contribute more than $13.8 billion to the state economy; and |

| 16 | 17 | | WHEREAS, Texas BOMA is aligned with its parent organization |

| 17 | 18 | | and local affiliates in working to reduce the environmental impact |

| 19 | 20 | | initiatives; since 2007, BOMA International has been honored by the |
