| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Brandy Guthrie was installed as president of the |

| 7 | 8 | | WHEREAS, Since joining ABOR in 2005, Ms. Guthrie has |

| 8 | 9 | | distinguished herself in a variety of leadership roles, serving at |

| 9 | 10 | | the local level on numerous committees and task forces and at the |
|---|
| 10 | 11 | | state level on the organization's Political Involvement Council and |
|---|
| 11 | 12 | | Infrastructure and Utilities Subcommittee; in 2013, she was named a |
|---|
| 12 | 13 | | director of the board, a position she ably held for three years |
|---|
| 13 | 14 | | before being elected president; and |
|---|
| 14 | 15 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Guthrie earned her real estate license in 2001, |
|---|
| 15 | 16 | | and since August 2010, she has worked as an agent at Sky Realty, |
|---|
| 16 | 17 | | where her specialties include residential, investment, and |
|---|
| 17 | 18 | | commercial real estate; a graduate of the Texas Realtors Leadership |

| 18 | 19 | | Program, she holds a number of professional certifications in her |
|---|
| 19 | 20 | | field; and |

| 20 | 21 | | WHEREAS, Brandy Guthrie has demonstrated an exceptional |

| 21 | 22 | | commitment to furthering the mission of the Austin Board of |

| 22 | 23 | | Realtors, and the vision and breadth of experience she brings to her |

| 23 | 24 | | new role as president are sure to benefit the association; now, |
