| 10 | 11 | | WHEREAS, Established in 1887, United Way envisions a world |

| 11 | 12 | | where everyone has an opportunity to succeed and where entire |

| 12 | 13 | | communities thrive as a result; local affiliates build productive |

| 13 | 14 | | relationships among philanthropists, the public sector, and |
|---|

|---|
| 24 | 25 | | WHEREAS, By mobilizing thousands of volunteers, engaging |
