| 12 | 13 | | foundation's board and the members of the general public who voted |

| 14 | 15 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Wang's stellar showing in the contest earned her |

| 15 | 16 | | a $5,000 scholarship, and her teacher, Tanya Lacy, was also |
