| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Bailey won in the categories for best |

| 10 | 11 | | his performance in Tales of Hemingway, a cello concerto |

| 11 | 12 | | commissioned especially for him and composed in 2015 by Michael |

| 12 | 13 | | Daugherty, who drew inspiration from the works of Ernest Hemingway; |

| 13 | 14 | | the piece was recorded by Mr. Bailey and the Nashville Symphony |

| 15 | 16 | | WHEREAS, Zuill Bailey graduated with a bachelor's degree from |

| 16 | 17 | | the Peabody Institute of Johns Hopkins University in 1994 and |

| 17 | 18 | | received a master's degree from the Juilliard School in 1996; a |

| 18 | 19 | | Telarc International recording artist, he has produced a |

| 19 | 20 | | discography of some 20 albums and has performed with numerous |

| 20 | 21 | | symphony orchestras across the globe; in addition to his busy |

| 24 | 25 | | WHEREAS, Widely hailed as a star in classical music, Zuill |

| 25 | 26 | | Bailey has forged a distinguished career as a chamber musician, |

| 26 | 27 | | recitalist, and educator, and he may take justifiable pride in this |

| 27 | 28 | | prestigious recognition from the Recording Academy; now, |
