| 7 | 8 | | WHEREAS, The daughter of Sylvia Cedillo and Darryl Johnson, |

| 8 | 9 | | Ursula Cedillo-Johnson is an alumna of St. Stephen's Episcopal High |

| 9 | 10 | | School in Austin, having graduated with honors in 2014; she has |

| 10 | 11 | | since demonstrated exceptional dedication and ability while |

| 11 | 12 | | working toward a bachelor's degree in anthropology at Barnard; and |

| 12 | 13 | | WHEREAS, After completing her undergraduate studies, |

| 13 | 14 | | Ms. Cedillo-Johnson plans to attend Columbia University, where she |

| 14 | 15 | | will pursue a master's degree in oral history with a concentration |

| 15 | 16 | | in film and film production; and |

| 16 | 17 | | WHEREAS, This outstanding young Texan can indeed reflect with |

| 17 | 18 | | pride on her academic achievements as she looks forward to a future |
