| 11 | 12 | | schools, open enrollment policies, and innovative programs; the |
|---|
| 12 | 13 | | group advocates at the state and national levels for schools that |
|---|
| 13 | 14 | | serve the unique learning needs of individual students, and it |

| 14 | 15 | | works to keep existing choices available and expand them to school |

| 16 | 17 | | WHEREAS, The organization also informs policy makers and the |

| 29 | 30 | | WHEREAS, The education of young Texans is a vital enterprise, |

| 31 | 32 | | ensure that each child gains access to his or her optimal learning |

| 32 | 33 | | environment; now, therefore, be it |

| 33 | 34 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 85th Texas |
