| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, The daughter of Jose and Francisca Romo, the former |

| 9 | 10 | | Silvestra Romo was born in Robstown on December 31, 1920, and grew |

| 10 | 11 | | up with the companionship of four sisters, Rosa, Alicia, Olivia, |

| 11 | 12 | | and Evangelina; she enjoyed a rewarding union with her husband, |
|---|
| 12 | 13 | | Juan Ramirez Sr., until his passing in 1971; predeceased also by her |
|---|
| 13 | 14 | | son, Juan Ramirez Jr., Mrs. Ramirez is survived by her children, |

| 14 | 15 | | Pedro Ramirez and his wife, Stella, Armando Ramirez and his wife, |

| 15 | 16 | | Sylvia, Margarita Herrera, Maria Castillo, Olga Martinez and her |
|---|
| 16 | 17 | | husband, Andres, Aurora Paredez and her husband, Juan, and Jose |
|---|
| 17 | 18 | | Gavino Ramirez and his wife, Marta, as well as by 21 grandchildren, |
|---|
| 18 | 19 | | 24 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren; and |

| 19 | 20 | | WHEREAS, Mrs. Ramirez was a valued parishioner of |

| 20 | 21 | | St. Anthony's Catholic Church, where she was an active member of |

| 21 | 22 | | such groups as Catholic Daughters of America, the Columbian Ladies, |

| 22 | 23 | | and the Marianas; and |

| 23 | 24 | | WHEREAS, Silvestra Ramirez lived a full and generous life |

| 24 | 25 | | centered on her loved ones and her deep faith, and she will long be |

| 25 | 26 | | remembered with deep affection by all who knew her; now, therefore, |
