| 10 | 11 | | WHEREAS, Under the capable leadership of its presidents |

| 11 | 12 | | through the years, the Mexican American Democrats of Texas has |

| 12 | 13 | | successfully increased the representation of Hispanic Texans at the |

| 13 | 14 | | local, state, and national levels and will undoubtedly continue |
