 R E S O L U T I O N
 WHEREAS, Words cannot adequately express the heartache
 caused by the untimely death of Char'dai Brey'an-Jenee Williams of
 Arlington on January 17, 2017, at the age of 23; and
 WHEREAS, Born on April 6, 1993, to Faye Nunn and Victor
 Williams, Char'dai Williams was raised in the loving home of her
 mother and her "Daddy", Spencer Roberson; in 2011, she graduated
 with an Advanced Placement diploma from Juan Seguin High School,
 where she was a member of the varsity cheerleading squad and
 recognized with an award for her spirit and enthusiasm; she went on
 to attend Weatherford College and was enrolled at Tarrant County
 College at the time of her passing; along with her college studies,
 she was pursuing a cosmetology license from Ogle School of Hair and
 Design; and
 WHEREAS, Kind, caring, and generous, Ms. Williams was
 popular with her classmates and peers, and she enjoyed a wide circle
 of friends; she took pleasure in drawing, traveling, singing, and
 spending time with her family, including her precious niece and
 nephew, Zoey and Davion; and
 WHEREAS, Although the loss of this vibrant young woman brings
 immeasurable sorrow, the joy and inspiration that she brought to
 the lives of her loved ones will remain in their hearts forever;
 now, therefore, be it
 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 85th Texas
 Legislature hereby pay tribute to the memory of Char'dai Williams
 and extend deepest condolences to the members of her family: to her
 parents, Faye Nunn Roberson and Spencer Roberson; to her biological
 father, Victor Williams; to her brothers, Chaz'don Williams, Keylen
 Roberson, and Victor Williams II; to her sister, Sa'hara Williams;
 to her grandparents, Gwendolyn Nunn and Joyce Williams; to her
 special grandmother, Jewell Brooks; to her nephew, Davion Williams,
 and niece, Zoey Williams; to her special aunt, Chasity Williams; to
 her great-uncle, Bruce Pinson; to her special cousin, Crystal
 Williams; and to her other relatives and many friends; and, be it
 further
 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
 prepared for her family and that when the Texas House of
 Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Char'dai
 Williams.
