| 10 | 11 | | mother and her "Daddy", Spencer Roberson; in 2011, she graduated |

| 11 | 12 | | with an Advanced Placement diploma from Juan Seguin High School, |

| 12 | 13 | | where she was a member of the varsity cheerleading squad and |

| 13 | 14 | | recognized with an award for her spirit and enthusiasm; she went on |

| 14 | 15 | | to attend Weatherford College and was enrolled at Tarrant County |

| 15 | 16 | | College at the time of her passing; along with her college studies, |

| 16 | 17 | | she was pursuing a cosmetology license from Ogle School of Hair and |

| 18 | 19 | | WHEREAS, Kind, caring, and generous, Ms. Williams was |

| 19 | 20 | | popular with her classmates and peers, and she enjoyed a wide circle |

| 21 | 22 | | spending time with her family, including her precious niece and |
