| 12 | 13 | | Duncanville Independent School District in 2013; he was previously |

| 13 | 14 | | named a Distinguished Delegate, an Outstanding Chair, and an |

| 14 | 15 | | Outstanding Club Leader, and he received the Youth Character Award |

| 15 | 16 | | from the YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas; and |

| 16 | 17 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Long has also twice attended the YMCA Youth |

| 17 | 18 | | Conference on National Affairs in Black Mountain, North Carolina, |

| 18 | 19 | | where he was honored with the Outstanding Proposal Award, and he has |

| 19 | 20 | | made vital contributions to the Dallas YMCA Youth and Government |

|---|
