| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, The McCulloch County 4-H team captured the |

| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, The squad qualified for the national contest after |

| 9 | 10 | | placing first in district and state competition in 2016; in the |

| 10 | 11 | | parliamentary procedure event, teams have 20 minutes to develop a |
|---|
| 11 | 12 | | strategy for solving three problems and conduct a meeting using |
|---|
| 12 | 13 | | Robert's Rules of Order; teams must then answer questions from a |
|---|
| 13 | 14 | | panel of judges regarding those rules and provide the judges with |
|---|
| 14 | 15 | | minutes and reports from the meeting; and |
|---|
| 15 | 16 | | WHEREAS, Ably guided by coach Jacque Behrens, the members of |

| 16 | 17 | | the team include Kristen Hemphill and Jayce McKinney of Lohn High |

| 17 | 18 | | School and Kamry Keese, Bass Myers, and Micah Trull of Brady High |

| 19 | 20 | | WHEREAS, Winning a national championship represents the |

| 20 | 21 | | culmination of countless hours of hard work and an unwavering |

| 21 | 22 | | commitment to excellence, and the members of the McCulloch County |

| 22 | 23 | | 4-H team may take justifiable pride in this notable achievement; |
