| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, The rank of Eagle Scout is an achievement shared by |

| 7 | 8 | | Nathan Loh of Grand Prairie heralds a future bright with |

|---|
| 9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Loh has mastered a number of important skills in |

| 10 | 11 | | his quest to become an Eagle Scout; he has earned merit badges |

| 11 | 12 | | requiring expertise in such diverse areas as first aid, personal |
|---|
| 12 | 13 | | fitness, and environmental science, and he has gained experience in |
|---|
| 13 | 14 | | leadership and teamwork while undertaking an Eagle Scout project |

| 14 | 15 | | that has contributed to the betterment of his community; and |
|---|
| 15 | 16 | | WHEREAS, This fine young Texan has ably served his peers in |

| 16 | 17 | | Boy Scout Troop No. 713 in a designated position of responsibility, |

| 17 | 18 | | and in so doing, he has exemplified the many positive traits for |

| 18 | 19 | | which Boy Scouts are renowned; and |

| 19 | 20 | | WHEREAS, In fulfilling the rigorous requirements for |

| 20 | 21 | | attaining the Eagle Scout insignia, Nathan Loh has demonstrated an |
