| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Brandi Lynn Brast was honored with an Outstanding |

| 7 | 8 | | on February 24, 2017, at an awards luncheon at the Congressman |

| 8 | 9 | | Solomon P. Ortiz International Center in Corpus Christi; and |

| 9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, Established in 1969, the Behavioral Health Center |

| 10 | 11 | | assists area residents who struggle with mental illness and/or |
|---|
| 11 | 12 | | intellectual and developmental disabilities; in times of need, |
|---|
| 12 | 13 | | citizens of Nueces County have a trusted place to which they can |
|---|
| 13 | 14 | | turn, thanks to the compassionate care and treatment provided by |
|---|
| 14 | 15 | | the center's staff and team of medical specialists; and |
|---|
| 15 | 16 | | WHEREAS, The Behavioral Health Center benefits immensely |

| 16 | 17 | | from the efforts of Brandi Lynn Brast, and it is a pleasure to join |

| 17 | 18 | | in honoring her for her dedicated service; now, therefore, be it |
