 R E S O L U T I O N
 WHEREAS, Nora P. Martin was honored with an Outstanding
 Employee Award from the Behavioral Health Center of Nueces County
 on February 24, 2017, at an awards luncheon at the Congressman
 Solomon P. Ortiz International Center in Corpus Christi; and
 WHEREAS, Established in 1969, the Behavioral Health Center
 assists area residents who struggle with mental illness and/or
 intellectual and developmental disabilities; in times of need,
 citizens of Nueces County have a trusted place to which they can
 turn, thanks to the compassionate care and treatment provided by
 the center's staff and team of medical specialists; and
 WHEREAS, The Behavioral Health Center benefits immensely
 from the efforts of Nora P. Martin, and it is a pleasure to join in
 honoring her for her dedicated service; now, therefore, be it
 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 85th Texas
 Legislature hereby congratulate Nora P. Martin on earning an
 Outstanding Employee Award from the Behavioral Health Center of
 Nueces County and extend to her sincere best wishes for continued
 success; and, be it further
 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
 prepared for Ms. Martin as an expression of high regard by the Texas
 House of Representatives.
