11 | 12 | | Abilene, KXYL in Brownwood, KEAN in Abilene, KFXE in Little Rock, |

12 | 13 | | and KNFO in Waco before joining KCRS as program director in 1992; |

14 | 15 | | WHEREAS, In 2001, Mr. Hallmark led KCRS's transition to a |

15 | 16 | | news-talk format, and that same year, he began hosting the |

16 | 17 | | station's Morning Drive show; he was joined on air two years later |

17 | 18 | | by his friend Kurt Verlei, and the show became one of the top five |

18 | 19 | | programs in the Midland-Odessa market, averaging 30,000 listeners a |

19 | 20 | | week with its combination of national and local news, call-in |

20 | 21 | | comments, and interviews with celebrities and political figures; |

21 | 22 | | the two cohosts are retiring together and turning the show over to a |

23 | 24 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Hallmark is the recipient of a 2016 Odessa |

24 | 25 | | Heroes Award for public service from the Salvation Army; he is |

27 | 28 | | children-in-law, Jarod and Stephanie Hallmark, Allie and Alex |

30 | 31 | | WHEREAS, Robert Hallmark's professionalism, dedication to |
