 R E S O L U T I O N
 WHEREAS, Family and friends are mourning the loss of Senovio
 G. Martinez Jr. of Robstown, who died on October 20, 2015, at the
 age of 54; and
 WHEREAS, The son of Senovio G. Martinez Sr. and Cecilia
 Martinez, Mr. Martinez was born on November 1, 1960; after
 graduating from Robstown High School, he continued his education at
 Corpus Christi State University and the University of the Incarnate
 Word; he started and operated his own business, Bexarco Fasteners
 and Supplies; and
 WHEREAS, Mr. Martinez and his wife, the former Mary Elena
 Saenz, shared a rewarding union that spanned 36 years; they became
 the proud parents of three sons, Anthony, Senovio, and Oscar, and
 their family has grown to include four treasured grandchildren,
 Aralynn, Anthony, Senovio, and Lucca; and
 WHEREAS, An avid fisherman and a generous host, Mr. Martinez
 welcomed any opportunity to have a barbecue; he will especially be
 remembered for the giant bonfires he delighted in building during
 the Christmas season; and
 WHEREAS, This loving husband and devoted father and
 grandfather is dearly missed, and those who were privileged to
 share in the warmth of his affection will forever hold him close in
 their hearts; now, therefore, be it
 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 85th Texas
 Legislature hereby pay tribute to the life of Senovio G. Martinez
 Jr. and extend sincere condolences to the members of his family: to
 his wife, Mary Elena Martinez; to his sons, Anthony Martinez and his
 wife, Amanda, Senovio G. Martinez III and his wife, Veronica, and
 Oscar Xavier Martinez and his wife, Miranda; to his brother,
 Antonio Martinez, and his wife, Belia; to his sister, Blanca
 Elmore, and her husband, Rick; to his grandchildren, Aralynn
 Brielle Martinez, Anthony Martinez Jr., Senovio G. Martinez IV, and
 Lucca Jax Martinez; and to his other relatives and friends; and, be
 it further
 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
 prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of
 Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Senovio G.
 Martinez Jr.
