| 9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, Edward L. Woods Sr. and the former Joyce M. Williams |

| 10 | 11 | | were joined in matrimony in 1967 in Baltimore, Maryland; over the |

| 11 | 12 | | years, they have been blessed with a treasured family that includes |

| 12 | 13 | | their children, Edward L. Woods Jr. and Mya Janiece Elaine Woods; |

| 14 | 15 | | WHEREAS, The couple are valued residents of San Antonio, |

| 15 | 16 | | where Mrs. Woods was born and raised; she is a certified |

| 16 | 17 | | cosmetologist, and Mr. Woods, who hails from Chicago and Vicksburg, |

| 17 | 18 | | Mississippi, proudly served in the United States Army for 20 years; |

| 19 | 20 | | WHEREAS, The five decades of marriage that Mr. and Mrs. Woods |
