| 10 | 11 | | of cotton and vegetable farming, as well as its strong musical |

| 11 | 12 | | traditions; some of the festival proceeds will be used to help fund |

| 12 | 13 | | scholarships for local students and to purchase the hundreds of |

| 13 | 14 | | gifts that will be given to area children during the city's Winter |
