H.R. No. 981
R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Roel Tagle was presented with a Proud You're a
Picker Award by the Robstown Independent School District in
February 2017; and
WHEREAS, This accolade is given to district employees who
have gone above and beyond their usual responsibilities in order to
help a student, parent, volunteer, community member, or colleague;
and
WHEREAS, A custodian at Lotspeich Elementary School, Roel
Tagle is known for his kindness, his exceptional work ethic, and his
willingness to go out of his way for anyone in need; in addition to
keeping the campus clean and attractive, he serves the students at
his school as a mentor and an outstanding role model, always
exemplifying selflessness in his constant regard for the well-being
of others and tending to their needs wherever possible; and
WHEREAS, Those individuals who give generously of their time
and talents strengthen the organizations in which they work, and it
is a pleasure to recognize this dedicated professional for his
contributions to Robstown ISD; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 85th Texas
Legislature hereby congratulate Roel Tagle on his receipt of a
Proud You're a Picker Award from the Robstown Independent School
District and extend to him sincere best wishes for continued
success; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for Mr. Tagle as an expression of high regard by the Texas
House of Representatives.
