| 10 | 10 | SECTION 1. Section 241.252, Health and Safety Code, is | |
| 11 | 11 | amended by adding Subsection (c-1) to read as follows: | |
| 12 | 12 | (c-1) The notice posted as required by Subsection (c)(1) | |
| 13 | 13 | must be on a sign that: | |
| 14 | 14 | (1) includes the information required by Subsection | |
| 15 | 15 | (b) in both English and Spanish; | |
| 16 | 16 | (2) appears in contrasting colors with block letters | |
| 17 | 17 | at least one inch in height; and | |
| 18 | 18 | (3) is displayed in a conspicuous manner clearly | |
| 19 | 19 | visible to the public. | |
| 20 | 20 | SECTION 2. Section 254.155, Health and Safety Code, is | |
| 21 | 21 | amended by adding Subsection (b-1) to read as follows: | |
| 22 | 22 | (b-1) The notice posted as required by Subsection (b)(1) | |
| 23 | 23 | must be on a sign that: | |
| 24 | 24 | (1) includes the information required by Subsection | |
