| 15 | 15 | related to a report of suspicious activity of another person to an | |
| 16 | 16 | appropriate law enforcement authority may not be brought against | |
| 17 | 17 | the person who made the report if the person made the report in good | |
| 18 | 18 | faith with a reasonable belief that the suspicious activity | |
| 19 | 19 | constitutes or is in furtherance of a crime, including an act of | |
| 20 | 20 | terrorism. | |
| 21 | 21 | SECTION 2. Section 128A.001, Civil Practice and Remedies | |
| 22 | 22 | Code, as added by this Act, applies only to a cause of action that | |
| 23 | 23 | accrues on or after the effective date of this Act. | |
