9 | 15 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | |
10 | 16 | SECTION 1. Section 365.035, Health and Safety Code, is | |
11 | 17 | amended by adding Subsection (b-1) to read as follows: | |
12 | 18 | (b-1) A county other than a county described by Subsection | |
13 | 19 | (b) by order may prohibit the possession of a glass container within | |
14 | 20 | the boundaries of a state-owned riverbed in the county. A person | |
15 | 21 | who violates an order adopted under this subsection commits an | |
