64 AN ACT
75 relating to removing the deadline for the Department of Family and
86 Protective Services to enter into permanency care assistance
97 agreements.
108 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
119 SECTION 1. Section 264.857, Family Code, is repealed.
1210 SECTION 2. This Act takes effect immediately if it receives
1311 a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, as
1412 provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas Constitution. If this
1513 Act does not receive the vote necessary for immediate effect, this
1614 Act takes effect September 1, 2017.
