| 11 | 11 | (a) The Railroad Commission of Texas is subject to Chapter | |
| 12 | 12 | 325, Government Code (Texas Sunset Act). Unless continued in | |
| 13 | 13 | existence as provided by that chapter, the commission is abolished | |
| 14 | 14 | September 1, 2029 [2017]. | |
| 15 | 15 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2017. |
