| 14 | 8 | | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |

| 15 | 9 | | SECTION 1. Subchapter E, Chapter 130, Education Code, is |

| 16 | 10 | | amended by adding Section 130.0829 to read as follows: |

| 17 | 11 | | Sec. 130.0829. GOVERNING BOARD OF PARIS JUNIOR COLLEGE |

| 18 | 12 | | DISTRICT. (a) Notwithstanding any other provision of this |

| 19 | 13 | | subchapter, the governing board of the Paris Junior College |

| 20 | | - | District may provide by resolution or order of the board for the |
