| 14 | 14 | rule, which may not exceed 45 percent, must be used in providing | |
| 15 | 15 | bilingual education or special language programs under Subchapter | |
| 16 | 16 | B, Chapter 29, and must be accounted for under existing agency | |
| 17 | 17 | reporting and auditing procedures. | |
| 18 | 18 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2017. |
